What is the patient portal?
It's where you'll handle the day-to-day details of your treatment plan with me, all in one place.
What can I use the portal for?
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
- Completing your intake form (new clients) or health update (return visits)
- Viewing your upcoming appointments and treatment history
- Updating your contact and billing information
- Reviewing pre- and post-treatment instructions
How do I use the portal?
1. Click "Log In to Your Portal" above
2. Enter the email or phone number you used to book with us
3. Follow the prompts to complete any pending forms
4. Book or manage your appointments from your dashboard
Do I need to fill out a new intake form every visit?
No. New clients complete a full intake form once. Returning clients only need to complete a short health update before each visit.
I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?
Start by double-checking that you're using the email or phone number on file with us. If you're still stuck, visit our FAQ page for step-by-step troubleshooting, or reach out and we'll get you sorted.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
You can manage this directly through your portal. If you run into any issues, our FAQ page covers details to help you reach your goal. We require that any appointment cancellations, including free consultations, must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to our cancellation policy.
